At IvyTrove.com, accessible from https://ivytrove.com/, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by IvyTrove.com and how we use it.

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in IvyTrove.com. 2. Photography and Social Media

We will always advise at the start of a workshop or event that we will be taking photos and videos throughout the session and will potentially be used on social media, marketing and our website platforms. If you do not wish to have your face on social media, we have the utmost respect for that so please make sure to let us know or you're welcome to send your details through to hello@ivytrove.com if you have any further information to provide.

3. Dietary & Special requirements​

If you have any dietary requirements and the workshop states there will be grazing provided, please contact us asap to ensure we can do our best to cater for you. Feel free to bring along some of your own favourite snacks too! If have any special requirements ie: You need to sit down for the entire class, an interpreter will be with you, needing to ensure wheelchair access etc. Please contact hello@ivytrove.com or Hayley on 0406 586 828 :)​

4. Liability Waiver

  • Any physical injuries sustained as a result of attending a class or event organised by Ivy Trove.

  • Any damage, loss or theft incurred to personal property brought along to an Ivy Trove Workshop or Event.

I understand that Ivy Trove does hold Public Liability Insurance but I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and to personal property or property of Ivy Trove, which I might incur whilst participating in a Workshop or Event held by Ivy Trove.

5. Information we collect

The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.

​This information is in no way given to any third party. Your private information that is collected via www.ivytrove.com is important to us and it is kept within Ivy Trove's customer base only.

6. Log Files

IvyTrove.com follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Like any other website, IvyTrove.com uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.

8. Children & Teens Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

IvyTrove.com does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

We have the utmost respect for your Child/Teens privacy. We usually only take a final group photo that is full length at the end of the workshop and most of the candid shots are close ups and side shots of the work being created. You are welcome to view all of the footage afterwards to approve all photos and videos able to be used or if you do not wish to have the workshop photos used in social media/marketing as mentioned above (Point 2.), that is also completely okay!

(If you won't be there on the day) Please contact us before the workshop date to make sure we are aware of your child's appearance by contacting us via hello@ivytrove.com or simply call Hayley on 0406 586 828 to give her a brief explanation.
